I was wondering why gen 1 is 18ct/in but the other gens are 14ct/in

    1. LordLibidan

No particular reason! Just a setting in the pattern creation program.
      They’re all the same size.

On gen 4 Pokémon extended pattern DMC floss Color’s 3885 & 3886 & 3887 I couldn’t find on the DMC floss chart I was wondering what Color should I use

  3. Dawn-Marie

I was so excited to get to the purple dratini for the generation 1 extended but it charted for DMC 803 which is a blue not a purple. Is there a correction somewhere that I am missing? I am a little nervous trying to covert the colors myself.

    1. LordLibidan

      Hey Dawn-Marie!
The preview colors are slightly off. The actual dratini sprite is blue!
But, there is a shiny dratini that’s pinky/purple. Did you want that? I could work out the best color for you if you’d like?

      1. Dawn-Marie

Oh if it supposed to be blue then it is the purple that needs to be changed? Here are the colors the patterns calls for. Is there a way to chart it as blue instead of purple? 155, 210, 552 & 3746 which are all purple then the two blues are 803 & 336. I’m trying to convert myself and I am definitely a follower and not a designer. Thank you!

      2. LordLibidan

The overall tone of the dratini ends up being blue, even if purple-ish blues are used for the lighter areas. So does look blue in the end…
Would you prefer a blue dratini (keep as is) or a purple one?

    2. Dawn-Marie

I will keep the blue as it to match the game. Thank you for such a quick response!

Hello! I’m wanting to do the gen 6 extended but I’m a bit stumped. It has less colors then the regular one and I’m having trouble figuring out what size fabric I need because the stitch count and the finished size doesn’t match up….do you know anything about that at all? Thank you!

    1. LordLibidan

Hey! PCstitch (the program used to make these) struggles a bit with the size of the finished work!
      I can confirm it’s 369 by 502 stitches. So on 14 count that’s 26.5 by 36 inches.

      1. Snowy

Awesome thank you! Do you also happen to know why the extended is only 94 colors while the regular is 105? Or is that another error with the program? Because I find it odd the bigger one has less colors but I wasn’t gonna question it until I was investigating the sizes and noticed for instanced the gen 1 extended and regular have the same amount of colors. ( actually doing a quick glance over it it looks like some of the colors got combined so now I’m curious about that and will look closer when I get to a computer) just found it odd is all. Didn’t know why that was/if it would effect the final product

      2. LordLibidan

Actually, I’m not sure! It shouldn’t impact the overall piece though!

  5. Holl

I downloaded it on the 21st of March, is there anyway I can get the B&W chart? Pokémon gen1 150 it’s downloaded as.

    1. LordLibidan

      Hi Holl,
I thought you made a typo in your last message! But I’m afraid we’ve never made an epic Pokemon pattern with only 26 colors! I’m afraid I’m not sure where you got that, but I don’t think it was one of ours…
