   Question, this web page lists the final size for these on 14ct Aida and the files for the first few patterns list the final size for 18ct Aida. Is there any negatives to stitching these on a higher count material? I know that because you’re getting more stitches per inch the finished piece would be smaller but will that negatively impact the finished product in any way? Just trying to work out what the best count to use would be because I plan on doing all of these at some point. What would you recommend? Thanks!

      Please ignore the pattern files; they say 18 count, but the measurements are wrong. We’re working on supplying an update asap!
      However, you can stitch these on 18 count if you want. It is indeed smaller, but there are no negatives per-say. Sometimes on 14 count you can get a lot of background aida poking through, so a higher count would avoid this. On the flipside using 2 stands can sometimes make the stitching look “puffy”. Also it’s hard to see/stitch on.
      Given the choice, I would personally stitch it in 16 count. It has great coverage using 2 stands and still easy to stitch with 😀

         I concur. I never use 14ct. I almost always use 16ct (18ct for some larger patterns I’m making ornaments out of).

   Hi! I’m working on gen one. When I input the stitch count into a calculator for fabric size I get something much smaller (22 in by 33 in) than the finished size of 72.24 cm x 127 cm. What size do I need?

      Hey there!
      The document has it wrong. Its 18.3″ x 32.1″ or 46.4cm x 81.6cm on 14ct.

   I’m glad to hear that gen 7 & 8 will come out eventually. I completed gen 1 back in 2017 and I’m very nearly done with gen 2. I hope to make all of them and have them framed on my wall. <3

   I know someone else mentioned this a few months ago but Diggersby isn’t on the gen 6 pattern, might want to fix that! Also, is there a place to download the individual gen 6 sprites? I love the way they’ve been made to look like previous gens! Who’s the artist?

      They’re made by various artists. You can get the Gen 6 ones here and gen 7/8 here (although they aren’t all done yet).

      Hey,
      Yes, we’re planning on both. We were previously waiting on the sprites (they have to be custom made to match the current patterns). Gen 8 is still a way off, but Gen 7 has been complete.
      However, as this generation brought in versions we’re trying to work out the best way to place them. But we’re working on it!
