I’m no stranger to disappearing cross stitch alphabets. As time goes on, more and more cross stitch patterns disappear, and it bothers me!
Cross stitch samplers are a major part of our history; from missing letters to museum pieces.
Now, many of you know me for my collection of free cross stitch alphabets, but what you may not know is that people contact me all the time asking for new fonts, new styles, and access to my pattern backlog.

So it’s time to solve those issues.

If you’ve read my recent posts, you may have guessed this, but today, I launch two new things that I think you’ll all love!

A New Alphabet Tool!

To start, I’m adding something to my free cross stitch alphabets! A new tool that allows you to simply type your message, pick your font, and out pops a pattern! No more creating the pattern yourself, painstakingly copying letters down pixel by pixel.
And once you’re done, you can print the pattern.

I’m rather proud of this tool, with its little features like taking cursive writing into account, removing spacing between letters, and the ability to pick background and font colors so you can see how your pattern might look (there’s even a preview feature with little Xs).
And it simply wouldn’t be complete without all the free cross stitch fonts set up and ready to go. I hope you all love having a play around with it!

But there is something bigger too.
For the last few months I’ve been feverishly been working away creating something I’m really proud of.

I’ve compiled over 100 cross stitch alphabets from my 25-year history designing and stitching into one big 216-page book. Each set has numbers, and there are 50 new alphabet cross stitch patterns that have never been shared before (including one based on my very own logo).

The whole thing is based on heights, so you can quickly find the fonts for you if you need to sign your work, make a monogram, or just design your own patterns.
Unlike other cash gram books, this is made for cross stitchers, by a cross stitcher, so I’ve thought of how you might actually want to use it!

All patterns are either on a spread or a single page, with no fonts weirdly spaced across pages you need to flip over! Each is set out the same way, with capitals first, lower case second, and numbers third.
