I just finished this bad boy! Holy moly did it take forever and is huge but totally worth it 🙂

  2. LordLibidan

Looks like we have an issue… You should be able to download it now!

  3. Anna Guell

    Hi 🙂
I have been trying to download it but its been ‘processing’ forever and doesn’t download anything..
    Thank you so much

Would it fit on an 14 count 30″×36″ aida cloth?

    1. LordLibidan

It would be VERY tight. The stitched area is 29.5 inches wide by 28.1 inches on standard 14 count (the aida will stretch slightly during stitching), so I would get a larger piece if I were you…

I found my aida at joanne fabrics. Made by MCG Textiles, 48×60, and much softer and nicer feeling than any other I’ve come across. It is supposed to be for a tablecloth or tree skirt but other than softness it is absolutely no different than regular aida. SKU 16448 56304

Hi. I’m just looking at doing the same. Can you tell me what size you ordered? Thanks x

  7. Sandy

Is the finished size really 75cm x 75cm? That seems ridiculously huge

    1. LordLibidan

      It is ridiculously huge. 😛

    2. Cathy Hartley

The cm measurement on the pattern is slighltly incorrect. Its 29.5 inches wide by 28.1 inches tall if you use 14 count aida or 28 count evenweave. I don’t use the metric system much but this converts to 74.93 × 71.37 cm

Just got my Aida at Jo Anns Fabrics, no one else in my area had it big enough. Can’t wait to start

there is a lot of blank squares without symbols. Are they supposed to be white? or not stitched? the pattern is awesome by the way.

    1. Lord Libidan

They are supposed to be white, however if you choose to stitch, or use a white aida, that’s up to you!

      1. adrienne

        ok. thanks you!

I’m having trouble finding aida large enough to make this. Could you point me in the right direction?

    1. Lord Libidan

Normally online is over priced, I would check out your local sewing/fabric shop which should be able to cut some direct from massive reams.

    2. Jamie

If you have a Michael’s crafts near you they sell Aida that’s pretty large and if you have a coupon it’s very cheap. It’s only in white, cream and black i believe. And different sizes.

check on ebay and also on heaven and earth cross stitch for larger sized xs fabrics. you may want to search on google for “aida cross stitch fabric by the yard”. happy stitching!

    4. Mel

I got mine from katz xstitch they do custom cuts to

      1. Payton

What size aida did you use?
